Is Barbara and Gordon okay?" Shouldn't that be "
Are Barbara and Gordon okay?" After all, "is" is the singular form of the verb, and you're referring to plural subjects. Bruce Wayne didn't send you to all those expensive schools over the years just so you could talk like that, mister.
