    Why 1986 for Blue Beetle?

  2. @oneofthejonesboys: I'd say, probably starting with his DC debut instead of his Chartlon Comics origin

That's what I thought, but that was actually 1985 and, oh god, what am I doing with my life?

  4. I woke up in the middle of the night worried someone would notice I had Batman's first death as 2007, the start of Morrison's run, rather than 2009. I didn't think about Blue Beetle! The DC Wikia has his first appearance--as the Ted Kord of "New Earth"--as 1986, which is the same year his series started--but the bulk of CRISIS, where he was first introduced, was in 1985, and, looking closely, I see he IS on the cover of CRISIS #1, so I changed that.

I shudder to think how riddled with mistakes this post probably is, especially since it has so few words and only one real joke.

  5. I assume that the task of figuring out what dates from which continuity to use for which Hawkpeople reduced you to gibbering incoherence and so you gave up.

Red Tornado, whose only actions are "cry" and "die," could have had a nice long entry too.
