I, on the other hand, am totally up on Transformer lore, being part of the fandom...and I seem to recall we couldn't make much sense out of it when the comic came out, either.

Okay, I know I'm not really up on my Transformers lore, as it were...but, um...robots have "genetic material"? Is it possible to clone a robot?
