Yep. It`s either almost everyones faforite martian DC-hero (Who is probably mindcontrolled. Or who isn`t. In what case the change would be kinda-cool, but also very horrible), or some other evil martian.

Why would MM need to torture or threaten to get information? He can just read your mind.
Anyway, he's not evil or even particularly unscrupulous, even though he's in Stormwatch.
