It was just announced that Brett Ratner, director of X-Men 3, is making a Hercules movie starring the Rock... just a shame it's the *other* comic book Herc, the one by Steve Moore.
Actually you're off a bit. "Marvel Studios" has the rights to Black Widow and Hurculese. Sony has the rights to Ghost Rider and 20th Century Fox has the rights to Angel and Icemen. As long as Sony and Fox have those rights, we'll never get the Champions. Heck, for this reason Beast, Wolverine, Spidey, Daredevil and the FF can never appear in the Avengers films.

Wow. Can I see that one too?

Adding onto Scott's mention of the various studios, is that Marvel lost the rights to using "The Champions"...
