Is he telling Yo that his relationship with food has become so dysfunctional that it is now impossible for him to be sexually interested in another person, or interested in them in any way, really, aside from their potential to perhaps feed him, or did he just confess to Yo that he is, in fact, a cannibal, and which of those two possibilities is the most disturbing?
