Mystek was a foil to The Ray back when there was a Ray series, and she very, very, very breifly joined the Justice League Task Force near the end of that title, when their was a regular team (including Ray).
I think she may have died on her first mission, actually.
I've been using Phil Jiminez's splash page/chart of every Justice Leaguer ever from JLA Secret Files and Origins #1 as my guide, and she was in it. She's also in that Perez JLA/Avengers piece I posted in the DC October previews. She's in the upper left corner, between Thor-in-a-vest and Wonder Woman-in-biker-shorts, wearing a red JLTF uniform jacket.

Aztek I know, but I have to admit that I'm drawing a blank on Mystek.
